qooh.me

Qooh.me is both a site and an application where you can create a profile or log in using your Facebook account to allow people the ability to ask you questions anonymously.

The people who are asking you the questions don’t have to be registered to Qooh.me. Once you have answered a question it will get displayed on your Qooh.me blog page for anyone on the internet to see.

Facebook is a social media service, which lets you create a page about yourself, an organisation or group. You can add friends, write on people’s pages, share photos and videos including live videos.

You can also subscribe to the pages of other people or organisations, so that you receive updates about them.

Facebook also has a private messaging service called Facebook Messenger.

twitter

Twitter is a social media platform that allows you to share posts, also know as tweets, that are limited to 280 characters. You may also add links, images, videos, location data, key words and polls in your tweets.

You can also place a hashtag (#) behind a word to make it a keyword in your tweet. This will allow for your tweet to be associated with other tweets that also have that hashtag in it.

Your tweets are publicly available to those who have Twitter and to those who don’t. Other Twitter users can take your tweet and retweet it which puts your tweet on their profile but uses an ‘@’ to reference your profile. Twitter also has a direct messaging service and a live streaming app called Periscope.

Instagram is a social media platform that allows for users to share photos and videos. There are a range of filters built into Instagram which will allow you to edit your photos or videos however you would like to.

These photos and videos will be displayed on your feed which will allow your followers to either like, comment or both. There is also a feature called your story which allows you to upload a photo or a video for 24hrs and then they will disappear. Instagram also allows for direct messaging and video calls.

Tumblr is a microblogging service that allows users to post their artwork, writing, photos, audio and video, follow and comment on other posts and reblog posts. unless specified, all of your posts will be public There is a messaging and chat service available.

TikTok

TikTok is a Chinese video-sharing social networking service that is used to create short dance, lip-sync, comedy, and talent videos. These videos are on average between 3 to 15 seconds long. You can also create short looping videos up to 60 seconds long. TikTok doesn’t require you to have an account to view the videos that are posted.

It is a streaming site that primarily focuses on video game live streaming, including broadcasts of eSports competitions, in addition to music broadcasts, creative content, and more recently, "in real life" streams and has a live chat system for viewers to interact amongst each other and the streamer.

WhatsApp Messenger or simply WhatsApp is an American freeware, cross-platform messaging and Voice over IP (VoIP) service owned by Facebook. It allows users to send text messages and voice messages, make voice and video calls, and share images, documents, user locations, and other media.

WhatsApp mostly runs on mobile devices but is also accessible from desktop computers, as long as the user's mobile device remains connected to the Internet while they use the desktop app. The service requires users to provide a standard cellular mobile number for registering with the service.
